Christmas & New Year Closure Dates

Christmas & New Year Closure Dates

With Christmas shopping in full swing, it's time to start thinking about making sure your orders arrive in good time for before 25th December.

As the courier network get busier over the next couple of weeks, we’re urging customers to order well before 19th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

We recommend ordering no later than 11am on Wednesday 17th December if you are using the 'Standard Delivery' or 'Royal Mail'.

Orders placed up to 3pm on Friday 19th December should still be delivered in time for the Christmas Day, but you must select 'Express Delivery' if you are ordering this late.

Please be aware that once an order leaves us, delivery timelines are in the hands of the couriers.

The first week or two of January will also be busy after our Christmas shutdown (see further down), so make sure you're covered on your next order.

Avoid the last-minute rush and any delays - order early to get stocked up now!

Orders Placed After 19th December

For orders placed after the 19th December, we'll do everything we can to get your order to you, however you might not receive it until the New Year.

Please note again that the start of January will be extremely busy for our warehouse and customer care team, so we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

Dispatch will inevitably see some delays at the start of 2026 as we catch up on orders placed over the Christmas period, so it's advisable to place your order now if you need your supplies for the start of the New Year.

Christmas/New Year Office Hours

You can still place orders on days where we are 'Closed', however there will be no customer support available and orders will not be dispatched until we re-open.

So if you’re planning to order vape gifts, stocking fillers or a top-up before the holidays, don’t leave it to the last minute. Check the posting dates, get your basket sorted, and give yourself one less thing to stress about before the big day. Once the deadline passes, that’s it - so get those orders in while there’s still time!

Buying a Gift?

So with Christmas fast approaching, you’ve got one last chance to buy a present for that vaper in your life. Or for one of your loved ones who still smokes cigarettes. Quitting smoking is one of the most popular New Years’ Resolutions, but quitting cold turkey can be a huge effort.

So if you’ve got someone preparing to quit on January 1st, we’ve put together a shopping list for a Christmas gift that’ll get them through that all-important first month.

Your Festive Shopping List for New Vapers

Kits

If you want to vape, you need a vape kit. You’re spoiled for choice in our vape starter kits section, as it’s packed with a range of different styles of ecigarette.

For a first timer, we’d recommend our MOJA Pod kit. At just £5.99, this contains everything they need to get started. A battery, a pod full of e-liquid, and a charger that fits into a laptop or PC.

Spares

One flavour is never enough for a new vaper. Buy them some replacement MOJA pods which come in a variety of flavours for just £3 each when you buy 6.

Looks like you’ve got some choices to make. But hurry, we need to get it in the post as soon as possible!
