Christmas/New Year Delivery Update

With Christmas shopping in full swing, it's time to start thinking about making sure your orders arrive in good time for before 25th December.

As the courier network get busier over the next couple of weeks, we’re urging customers to order well before 19th December for pre-Christmas delivery.

We recommend ordering no later than 11am on Wednesday 17th December if you are using the 'Standard Delivery' or 'Royal Mail'.

Orders placed up to 3pm on Friday 19th December should still be delivered in time for the Christmas Day, but you must select 'Express Delivery' if you are ordering this late.

Shipping / Delivery Information

We offer up to three different shipping options for our customers in the UK, with FREE Delivery on all orders over £20.

For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

For same-day dispatch place your order before 11:00 am, orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £20 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Express Delivery

For same-day shipping, you must place your order by 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail

For same-day shipping, you must place your order by 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.

Tracked International Delivery

For same-day shipping, you must place your order by 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
