Shipping / Delivery Information
*Please note that due to a high volume of orders, you may experience a slight delay in the dispatch of your order. The team are working hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible.
We offer up to three different shipping options for our customers in the UK, with FREE Delivery on all orders over £20 or £40 for customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
For Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched with either Royal Mail or Evri depending on the following conditions, you'll receive confirmation of which service has been used in your dispatch confirmation email.

- Total weight of your order
- Physical dimensions when packed
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00am on the same day - orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve).
Delivery times are aims/estimated only and are not guaranteed. Warehouse staff may also at their discretion handle and despatch orders faster if possible.
Due to Royal Mail restrictions, if battery-containing products such as Vape Kits are present in your order, it cannot be sent with Royal Mail. It will be sent with Evri or DPD, depending on the final package size, weight and destination.

Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Free delivery is available from £20 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 3-5 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Express Delivery and DPD Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 am Friday will ship the following working day (e.g. Monday). Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive a tracking code when your order has been dispatched. Free Express Delivery is available from £60 to all customers based in the United Kingdom, this excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Delivery is usually in 1-2 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Royal Mail
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11:00 am on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays.
Tracked International Delivery
For same-day shipping, you must place your order by 11:00 am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this may not be processed until the following working day. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.
