How to earn Credits
You’ll earn Credits every time you order – that’s on both one-off purchases and subscriptions. Every time you shop, you’ll be rewarded with Credits worth 5% of your total order value, with the Credits being added to your account automatically.
Your reward value is calculated based on your total order value after all discounts/promotions have been applied and does not include any additional shipping fees.
For example
If your order total is £10 + shipping costs, you’ll earn 50 Credits.
1 Credit is equivalent to 1p, so those 50 Credits are worth 50p.
How to redeem Credits
You can redeem your Credits against any one-time purchase, or against your first or upcoming recurring orders within your subscription plan.
One-off & First Subscription Orders
Your total Credits balance will be displayed at checkout
If you choose to use your Credits, your discount will be applied as a store gift card and is redeemable against your entire order (including shipping fees).
Click ‘Apply £X in Store Credits’ to redeem against your order.
The amount displayed will be the maximum amount eligible to be applied from your available Credit balance.
If your Credits are of lesser value than your order total, you can pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.
If your Credits are of greater value than your order total, any additional Credits will remain on your account, available to be redeemed against future orders.
Recurring Subscription Orders
You can view your available Credit balance in your customer portal.
Once logged in to your account, click ‘Credit Balance’ and you’ll see your current total that’s available to redeem. You’ll also have the option to auto-apply your Credits to your next recurring order.
If your Credits are of lesser value than your recurring order total, the remaining balance will be charged using your default payment method.
If your Credits are of greater value than your order total, any additional Credits will remain on your account, available to be redeemed against future orders.
1 Credit = 1p in monetary value
So if you have 100 Credits, for example, that’s worth £1 to redeem against your next order.

- The ‘Liberty Flights Rewards’ program is only applicable to the liberty-flights.co.uk website from 06/05/2026.
- You can only acquire or use Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ when you are logged in to your account at liberty-flights.co.uk.
- Any Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ allocated are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to any other person/account nor exchanged for cash.
- Liberty Flights reserves the right to flag up, suspend or delete any account where the account holder is deemed to be abusing the Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ scheme in any way. This includes but is not limited to setting duplicate accounts at Liberty-flights.co.uk.
- Liberty Flights accepts no liability for Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ or loyalty scheme accounts that have been misused by the account holder.
- Liberty Flight 'Rewards Credits’ cannot be credited to guest checkout orders. It is up to the account holder to ensure that they are correctly logged in to liberty-flights.co.uk when placing an order.
- Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.
- Every customer who registers/has an account at liberty-flights.co.uk is automatically enrolled into the rewards scheme and will begin accumulating Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ upon placing their first order.
- The number of Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ you have accumulated can be checked within your customer account portal. Once logged in, head to ‘Address & Payment Details’, then ‘Manage Payment Methods’ – here, your available credits balance will be displayed.
- The maximum number of Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits' that can be used on a single order is 1,500 credits (£15).
- Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ can be used alongside other offers and discounts, but the credits you gain from the order relate to the total end price you pay.
- You will be rewarded with Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ to the value of 5% of the total value of your order (after any applicable discounts, and excluding postage fees).
- Liberty Flights ‘Rewards Credits’ can be earned and redeemed on both one-time and recurring purchases.
- The redemption value of each Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credit’ is 1p (one pence). These credits can only be redeemed on future orders at liberty-flights.co.uk.
- Liberty Flights reserves the right to amend the value of Liberty Flights 'Rewards Credits’ that you can accumulate as well as the redemption value of these points.
- Liberty Flights reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
- Liberty Flights reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.
