Account Manager (Outbound Sales / Servicing Existing Business Accounts)

Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission Structure

Locations: Darwen, Blackburn

Contract: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Established in 2009, Liberty Flights has built a premier, worldwide reputation based on providing b2b & b2c channels with quality products and exceptional service. We are looking to expand our small head office team by recruiting an ambitious and self-motivated individual to:

  • Proactively contact existing accounts within our b2b channel to generate business and promote the brand, from head office – supporting the Area Sales Team who are generating new business on the road.
  • Build a flourishing working relationship with our area sales management team to nurture their key accounts and keep the account relationship active & growing to increase revenue.
  • Generate further business from existing accounts, offer product knowledge, highlight the benefits of stocking the product and be on hand to offer an after sales service where required.
  • Naturally build a rapport with business customers to increase retention and boost revenue streams within the department.
  • Work to targets set to achieve the expected rate of outbound calls from head office to efficiently service business accounts.
  • Process customer orders accurately with excellent attention to details, using in house computerized systems.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills         
  • Experience in telesales & account managing
  • IT skills including; Microsoft packages and be able to adapt and train on in house systems
  • Target driven
  • Confident with sales and promoting the product & Company

Locations: Letchworth (20 hours) - Clitheroe (8 hours)

  • Retail advisor experience when explaining options, product features & the benefits of our product offering in store.
  • Commercial awareness of product brands, the competitive market & product promotion.
  • The successful candidate to be IT literate, with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems & utilise their functions confidentially & accurately.
  • A confident approach to selling & advising as well as an open approach to further product research, to offer informed product & industry knowledge to our customers.
  • Follow the Company values & expectations when carrying out all tasks in the day to day work load.
  • Effective reporting skills demonstrated when communicating with the Store Supervisor through verbal, written or electronic methods.
  • The use of previous retail experience and knowledge to guide the customer through their vaping journey, tending to the customers’ needs with their best interests in mind at all times.
  • Ability to travel and assist in additional retail stores to provide cover when required.
  • A team work approach when tacking certain tasks, with the ability to lone work when required.
  • Strong administrative skills for tasks including but not limited to; completing relevant reports for the stores admin, stock takes and order processing.
