Sales Coordinator - Head Office

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow in to a brand new role for the Company.
Role Objective: To provide a bridge between External and Internal Sales, analyzing data and planning effectively to contribute to the business progression plans, sustaining growth and offering general support to the sales team. 

Role and Responsibilities

To achieve this objective, as a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will:

Identify new business leads and channel growth potential and secure appointments for the external sales team. Together with the external sales team, you will grow territories by optimizing new business opportunities. 

  • Analyze and report on B2B customer data by utilizing system tools to focus on order frequencies, contact with customer frequencies, account performance and sales opportunities. 
  • Focus campaigns on particular account ‘groups’ and drive initiatives to save existing accounts who are underperforming, for example. You will work with the marketing department to identify customers who will benefit from special offers/campaigns, using sales processing / account managing software to generate campaign targets and automation.
  • Make outbound sales calls from head office to follow up and engage with customers to ascertain updates for placed trials, in all areas of the UK.
  • Build relationships with the internal and external sales teams to assist with the servicing of accounts and fulfilling the customer need.
  • Learn, develop and apply industry and product knowledge to the role in order to advise customers accurately and informatively, in relation to the B2B channel. 
  • Use IT competencies and skills to work with IT systems which support the sales team functions. This includes bespoke journey planning software, sales order processing systems and account managing tools. Together these functions support the general operations within the sales team and using these technologies effectively will be vital for the growth and success of the channel.
  • Record data within the sales system coherently and accurately, to a standard of which the Company can refer to the information to make business decisions.
  • Look for patterns within sales data and report to your line manager key findings to enhance sales productivity and overall results. You will achieve this by generating a standard weekly report, providing performance metrics and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Check and amend data integrity to improve processes.
  • Work within a fast paced office environment as part of an internal sales team.

Experience and / or Qualifications Required:

New sales generation, analyzing of accounts, customer service, working as part of a team and demonstrates a confident telephone manner to leads and existing customers. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and can adapt previous experience to work well with teams and data.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

IT; office packages (excel is essential as well as being adaptable to use inhouse software), team player, attention to detail skills,  self-driven and motivated to achieve, results orientated.

Liberty Flights are looking to add to its fantastic Retail Store team in Letchworth, which specialises in Electronic Cigarette Hardware & E-Liquid. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a growing Company in a young & exciting industry.

We are currently looking to recruit in: Letchworth

1 x 20 hour contract (over 3 days)

We are looking for:

  • An excellent communicator who is willing to go above & beyond to provide sound & informed advice to new & existing customers.
  • Retail advisor experience enabling the successful candidate to communicate product features & benefits.
  • A commercial awareness of product brands, the competitive market & product promotion.
  • An IT literate candidate, with the ability to adapt to bespoke systems & utilise their functions confidentially & accurately.
  • A confident approach to selling & advising as well as an open approach to further product research, to offer informed product & industry knowledge to our customers.
  • A candidate to follow the Company values & expectations when carrying out all tasks in the day to day work load.
  • Effective reporting skills demonstrated when communicating with the Store Supervisor.
  • Previous retail experience and knowledge to guide the customer through their vaping journey from new starters to advanced users.
  • The flexibility to travel and assist in additional retail stores to provide cover when required.
  • A real team player who works well with others to support the store and colleagues at all times to drive success.
  • A candidate who is confident in lone working at the store, supporting the Supervisor and general store operations.
