Review of Liberty Flights By Loz Blackpool UK.

Well to start out i am new to this e-cig stuff and well i tried a certain website ecigwarehouse.. Paid my money and waited for my ecig to arrive.. 10 days later nothing at all. As you can imagine i was getting a little stressed as e-cigs when you start out can cost quite a lot as you start to learn about them. So i contacted this site and asked them where my stuff was and nothing well this went on and on and well i filed a PayPal claim in the end. I was lucky i got my cash back thank god.

Well i was searching round the net looking for a good website that could provide me with information on e-cigs and i came upon e-cig-reviews. a fantastic site with loads of discount codes and reviews on a lot of e-cigs and juice etc.

After watching some of the reviews i decided to go with LIBERTY FLIGHTS as my new e-cig provider. Now remember i had just come off the back end of a bad experience with that dodgy company. So as you would think yourselves i was a bit wary. But e-cig-reviews had good things to say about this company Liberty Flights so i decided to risk it.

All i can say is wow. What a company. I am so happy that i have found Liberty Flights to provide my e-cig needs. They have a live chat service on their site so you can chat in real time with a person who can help you out in choosing the right product for you.

After consulting Liberty Flights staff about my needs I decided to go with the 6v copper model as i wanted more vapor and a good throat hit 30 a day habit lol..

Now me being a total newbie at that time the person on the chat server could of told me it was best to go with the adaptever model far more money involved but NO they suggested the copper for my every day needs..

wow a place that works for there customer ???

So its not just about money for them wow...

Now what about customer service you ask. Well all i can say is it is perfect and here is why.

I got my copper and for 13 wonderful days it worked well OVER THE MOON i was vaping away like nobodies business then shock horror it broke. I did not do it and well like all things in life sometimes things go wrong. I though oh great he we go this is going to be a pain to get my money back or get a replacement..

I contacted Liberty Flights at 2 am in the morning i stay up quite late and shock horror Abe from Liberty flights was online and had emailed me 10 mins later with a i am so sorry that this has happened e-mail.

He suggested i send it back asap and he would get a new one out to me the very next day!!! Can you believe it??

I was in total shock no hassle no problems just a letter from Liberty Flights saying let us sort this out for you and get you back on your E-cig asap.

Within 30 mins he had sent me an email telling me what to do and how to arrange a new one via their site. At 9 am in the morning i get an e-mail from Liberty Flights saying they had dispatched my replacement item. I get the item the day after via royal mail signed for.

The service and quality of product is superb and i wish to thank Liberty Flights for their great customer service.

Abe said he likes his customers happy so they come back. I believe him and i will only ever use liberty flights from now on a quality tried and tested company.

I wrote this review so all people can use a good company and not get ripped off like what happened to me in the beginning.

Absolute first class service!!!!!!

i was running really low on liquid so placed an order on wednaesday morning, i thought i would try my luck and ask for it asap. within a few hours i had recieved a dispatch e-mail and then a second e-mail with a tracking number.

my order arrived this morning (thursday).

i cannot express how impressed i am with liberty flights highly reccomended no need to shop anywhere else.

 Probably the best service I've recieved from any site or shop. All questions answered and problems resolved. Great products, decent prices and Abe. What can I say apart from well done. I just purchased the KR808D-1. AMAZING!! This should be called the definitive Electronic Cigarette. Looks nice (black), feels nice (like the round mouthpiece), has good flavor, throat hit and vapor. Ordered the Capuccino but wish I had empty carts to try other flavours. (Good YouTube vids on refilling the carts if you hunt) All-In-All a hassle free e-cig that is bound to please most.

Nowhere in the EU have I seen prices this good on this product. Delivery to Germany was fast.

hi from matt  1 very happy LF buyer i was speking to abe on the on line chat he was very helpfull

he told me everything that i need to know a bout the 901 e- cig  he use 1 his self  and he told me to but the 5mls bottles not the 30mls bottle's of juce to try them see if i like them so i orderd 5 bottles of diffent 1's to try them so i can see what 1s i like best then i can buy the 30mls i going to get the 901 e-cig on thursday 8.10.9 to try it for my self see if ok cus i buy some befor of diffent site www.ecig-liquid.co.uk ther not good not cheap ither 10mls bottle is £8.00 and the e-cig was not good i use it 1 time and the Liquid went all in my mouth not good so i will buy 1 of this LF site as i think it the best site for money and very good site when you go on site you look on it u see what u want diffent size bottles eveything you need os hear so u dont need no 1 els on line chat help was very good helpfull told me what i needed to know what i asked him abe was very helpfull very nice site and chat i will tell all my freand's of this site and tell my mum she wants to quit smoking i not smoked for 15weeks now since i use e-cig i cant stand the the smell of a real fag now  so thx a lot LF look forword to my 5+5mls bottles of diffent flavers  i tell you what ther like to 1 by 1 see what the best for me thx Abe matthew
