If think you have a problem with any of my products.
The easiest way is to PM me directly or send me a mail g.dibley@blueyonder.co.uk

This will be the quickest and easiest way to get rapid advice.
I have solved a number of atomiser, battery and device problems remotely.

I can quickly give you the advise you need.

This would be far easier on you the customer to get what you need, an answer.

Hope I've not offended, just trying to help.

I absolutely LOVE my ECC box mod and my ECC passthrough.

My only complaint would be the lack of documentation. I would class myself, as I'm sure most other posters on this forum would, as someone who has Techno-Joy rather than Techno-Fear. To quote Eddie Izzard "the first thing I do with something new is to open the box and throw the manual out of the window because I have techno-joy not techno-fear..."

However not everything works straight out of the box and when problems arise it's handy to have something to refer to. You don't have to go to the expense of having anything printed - a simple link to a downloadable PDF would do. Also: a manual need not only be a troubleshooting guide, it can also be informative, educational and interesting as well as a desirable keepsake

You are right Jaded, I could do with getting the info off Garry and making it in to something that can be downloaded or printed.
